Augustine Christian Academy leaders have always believed that education is the God-given responsibility of the parent. Educators make their services available to parents, but do not replace them in this important task. Therefore, ACA has always supported the decision of parents to school their children at home.
We offer help in the way of classes for their children as a supplement to what is offered at home. Students may take up to 5 classes individually, paying a proportionate amount of tuition and book fees. It is ACA policy to invite home schooling students attending at least one class to participate in any of our other extracurricular activities as they desire, including plays and musical productions, school and class trips, House competitions, and Winter Court.
