School of Grammar

K4 & K5 (full day) $3900 per year

1st – 5th Grade (full-time) $4600 per year

Tuesday/Thursday Elective Classes $375 per class per year

Study Hall $200 per year

School of Dialectic

6th – 8th Grade (full-time) $5200 per year

One Class Only $980 per year

Two – Five Classes $880 per class per year

Study Hall $500 per year

School of Rhetoric

9th – 12th Grade (full-time) $5900 per year

One Class Only $1100 per year

Two – Five Classes $990 per class per year

Study Hall $600 per year

PLEASE NOTE: Books, computer & science lab fees, and activity fees have been included in the tuition amounts. There are additional fees for art classes and the performing arts program.

A non-refundable $100 enrollment deposit per family is due when the student is accepted and will be applied to tuition upon completion of enrollment.

Tuition payment options:

Payment in full – a 2% discount is available to those who pay the full year’s tuition prior to June 30th.

Two payments – The first half due prior to the first day of school and the second half due in January.

Monthly payment plans – available through FACTS, a payment processing company that offers the options of bank drafts and credit cards. ACA is not able to offer the option of monthly payments without using FACTS.

FACTS Payment Plan Options: Payments on the 5th or the 20th of the month, whichever best fits your cash flow needs.
The cost to set up the FACTS payment plan is $38.00.

12 month plan: Payments start in May or June. FACTS contracts must be returned to the school office in April.

11 month plan: Payments start in June or July. FACTS contracts must be returned to the school office in May.

10 month plan: Payments start in July or August. FACTS contracts must be returned to the school office in June.

If you plan to pay your tuition using the FACTS payment option, a FACTS form must be completed and returned to the ACA office with your enrollment contract. Any changes to your FACTS payment plan must be transacted in the school office. No changes can be made over the phone with FACTS.

Financial Assistance Information: Financial aid must be applied for using the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application form. Please note that while Augustine Christian Academy does not provide multiple child discounts, we do seek to help families afford quality Christian classical education through financial aid as funds permit. However, there is a limited amount of financial aid available each year, so please apply early. Financial aid applications are available in the school office.
