RE-ENROLLMENT
Re-enrollment forms were mailed out last week to all of our currently enrolled families. If you did not receive yours in the mail, please call the school office! Please return your completed enrollment forms quickly to hold your student's place in class.
OPEN HOUSE DATES SET
Two more Open House dates for prospective families have been scheduled. The dates are: Sunday, February 25th, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 11, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. Invite your friends and extended family members who may be interested in SAA for their students.
TALENT SHOW
The Class of 2007 is sponsoring a Talent Show on Friday, March 2nd at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. Refreshments will be served. You will not want to miss this exciting evening! Students interested in being in the show need to pick up an entry form in the office.
ALBERTSONS COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Thank you to everyone who is using their Albertson's Community Partners card when shopping at Albertsons. This week we received a check for $43.74 from Albertsons. If you need a Community Partners card, stop in the school office.
WORLDVIEW ACADEMY
Worldview Academy will be held on Monday, March 12th, at 7:00 p.m. We have been having some great discussions at Worldview Academy! Parents, please make every attempt to attend this informative session.
WINTER COURT PICTURES
If you had your portrait taken at Winter Court, please pick up your portrait order in the school office. If you paid only the deposit, please remember to bring your balance due. The photographer also took a lot of candid pictures during Winter Court and there are contact sheets of those pictures in the office. You can place orders for prints of those candids through next week.
YEARBOOK ADVERTISING
Businesses are welcome to advertise, and parents of students graduating from one of our schools are encouraged to put in an ad of congratulations. Advertising forms are available in the school office.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Our Grammar School teachers are hoping to find some parents who would be willing to come in once a month and cover for them during their lunch and recess time, 11:25 - 12:30. This would give our teachers a chance to get away for lunch once a month. Parents who would be available to do this should contact Miss Phillips or call the school office.
WINTER WEATHER
When winter weather is in the forcast, please listen to KFAQ 1170 am, KRMG 740 am, and KJRH Channel 2 for school closings beginning at 6:00 a.m. Remember that if Tulsa Public Schools are closed, SAA will be closed as well.
