GRADUATIONS
Mark your calendar for our upcoming graduation ceremonies! K5 - Thursday, May 17, 10:00 a.m., SAA Auditorium; 5th Grade - Friday, May 18, 10:00 a.m., SAA Auditorium; Dialectic - Monday, May 21, 7:00 p.m., SAA Auditorium; Rhetoric - Tuesday, May 22, 7:00 p.m., Tulsa Bible Church High Convocation uniforms are required for students attending graduation ceremonies and all Secondary students are required to attend the Dialectic and Rhetoric graduation ceremonies. Call the office if you have any questions about graduation.
FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE
Final exams for our secondary students will be Wednesday - Friday, May 16 - 18. School will be dismissed at 2:00 on May 16th and at noon on the 17th & 18th. There will not be lunch or afterschool care on the 17th or the 18th. Please plan to pick up students at dismissal time on the 17th and 18th, or by 1:00 on the 18th if they are staying for the yearbook signing party. Thank you for your cooperation in this.
YEARBOOK SIGNING PARTY
Our yearbook signing party is scheduled for Friday, the 18th, at noon. The yearbooks cost $20 and you can pre-pay for your yearbook in the office, or purchase it the day of the signing party. An end-of-year supplement to the yearbook will be distributed at a later date.
SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
The school office will be open during the summer Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The office will be closed on Memorial Day and July 4th.
REPORT CARDS
Fourth quarter report cards will be available for pick up on Friday, June 1st, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and any day following that during our summer office hours.
SCHOOL-WIDE GARAGE SALE
A big school-wide garage sale is being planned for July to raise money for playground equipment and the drama department. If you have items you could donate to this sale, please bring them to the school during the month of June. We will be gathering items in the lunch room area of the great room. If you would like to help with this sale or if you have questions about it, please call Mrs. Linda Geppelt at 482-2702.
ISRAEL TOUR OPPORTUNITY
Join Dr. & Mrs. Ehrlich on an exciting tour of Israel this fall, Oct. 27 - Nov. 9. A special feature will be a time spent in the wilderness, a beautiful part of Israel in the fall. Plus you will visit the Dead Sea, the Sea of Galilee, the Golan, and Jerusalem. Dr. Ehrlich has made over 20 trips to Israel and will be the tour host.
