We would like to use Nativity sets as centerpieces on the tables for the dinner theaters and the dessert theater. If you have one or more sets that you would be willing to loan us for ten days, please contact Gale Post or Becki Davis. Please let us know quickly as we need them by this Friday, Dec. 1!!!
Tickets for "Scrooge - the Musical"
Tickets are on sale in the school office! You will not want to miss this Christmas production at SAA. Performances on December 1 & 2 are sold out. Get your tickets, before all of the performances are sold out. Call 832-4600 for performance times and ticket prices.
WINTER WEATHER POLICY
When winter weather is in the forcast, please listen to KFAQ 1170 am, KRMG 740 am, and KJRH Channel 2 for school closings beginning at 6:00 a.m. Remember that if Tulsa Public Schools are closed, SAA will be closed as well.

A huge THANK YOU goes to Mr. Chuck Stophel for his work this week on the sound and lighting for "Scrooge." We really appreciate your willingness to get involved! Thank you also to Mrs. Lane, Mrs. Zigrang, Mrs. Johnson, Mrs. Boatwright, Mrs. Brewer, and Tim Chorley for their many hours spent painting the set! This would not have all come together without your help!
FIRST SEMESTER FINAL EXAMS
Final exams are scheduled for December 15, 18, & 19 for our secondary students. School will be dismissed at 2:00 on the 15th, at 12:00 on the 18th, and at 10:00 on the 19th. Parents, please note that the early dismissal times apply to the entire school. Also, there will not be lunch on Monday, the 18th, and there will not be after school care on the 18th or the 19th. We apologize for any inconvienience this may cause.
December Lunch Orders
Lunch order forms for the month of December were attached to the Charger last week. Additional forms are available in the office. If you are ordering for the entire month, please return your order form with payment to the school office by Friday, December 1st.
Year Round Fund Raising
Many thanks to everyone who is using their Albertson's Community Partners cards and to those who are crediting SAA when shopping at Office Depot. This week we received a check from Albertson's Community Partners for $39.54 and a gift card to Office Depot for $60.79 from their 5% Back to Schools program.
Community Club Awards
Community Club Awards booklets were handed out today and are available in the school office. Receipts and other proofs of purchase can be put in the black "Golden Garbage" can in the office. A big THANK YOU to Mrs. Ellen Asher and Mrs. Karen Aspenson for volunteering to coordinate this ongoing fund raiser.
Campbells Labels & Boxtops for Education
Please continue bringing in your labels and boxtops! Turn them in to the school office. SAA can redeem these for items the school can use. Please note: Campbells now requires the UPC code part of the label instead of the front of the label. Many, many products have the Boxtops for Education and Campbells Labels for Education - watch for them when you shop!
