SET BUILDING PARTIES
We are ready to start building our exciting set for the production of “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” and the pre-show “Oklahoma”. Mr. Tom Wilsterman is the master carpenter for this project - however, he can NOT do this by himself. Therefore, we are asking all cast dads, grandfathers, uncles, brothers, and friends to join us on Saturday, March 6th and Saturday, March 13th, beginning at 9:00 a.m. This is a great opportunity for our ACA dads to meet and work together to accomplish an important part of our production - the building of the set! No previous experience needed - we will train you! If you have a cordless drill and/or tape measure, please bring it to our work party. Our high school age young men are welcome to come and work as well!
Mr. Wilsterman will need to have a couple of people to help prep. The prep will be done in the evenings this week:
Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday – 6:00-9:00 p.m.
PLEASE call Tom Wilsterman at 951-3159 BEFORE you come! He will be getting supplies, etc. and may not be at the school when you decide to show up! If he knows you are coming, then he can plan accordingly.

This will be a fun time in conjunction with the ACA open house so parents of Grammar School students should make every effort to attend. Your student’s book will be handed out and he/she will be given an opportunity to sign his/her books and show off the book to other parents, teachers, students and prospective ACA families. We encourage you to invite grandparents, friends and anyone else to celebrate your child’s hard work and very first book. It’s also a great time to invite a friend who’s been thinking about attending ACA or may want more information about the programs offered. Below is the book signing schedule but ALL students are encouraged to attend the entire time so they can look at the other authors’ books. Light refreshments will be served.
