WORK PARTY FOR “BEAUTY & THE BEAST”

Mr. Wilsterman has called for another work party for the set of “Beauty & the Beast” this Friday, March 6th. Work will begin at 6:00 p.m. and pizza will be available for $2.00 per person. High school students, parents, and friends are invited to come and help!

SICK STUDENTS

Parents, if your student is too sick to come to school, they are too sick to attend play practice! If your student is throwing up or has a fever, and over 99.6 is a fever, please do not send them to school or to play practice. Thank you for your cooperation with this. We are trying to keep other students from getting sick.

END OF THIRD QUARTER

This Friday, March 6th, is the end of the 3rd Quarter. ALL make-up homework, quizzes, and tests must be turned in by the end of the day on Friday. If your student has been absent this quarter, make sure their work has been made up.

OPEN HOUSE DATES SET

ACA has scheduled some Open House dates for prospective families. Please help us spread the word about the following Open House times:

Wednesday, March 11th, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Monday, March 30th, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Most of our students come to us through “word of mouth” advertising, so we need each of our families to invite/bring friends or family who might be interested in enrolling their student at ACA. You can print out a flyer with these dates here.

RE-ENROLLMENT FOR 2009/2010

Currently enrolled families should return their enrollment forms by March 15th to reserve their student’s place in their class. We do expect some classes/subjects to close, so enroll now! After March 15th, we will be accepting new students for next year. A $100 per family tuition deposit is due with your re-enrollment forms. This deposit will be applied to your 2009-2010 tuition. After June 30th, both current and new families will be charged an additional non-refundable $100 Late Enrollment Fee. Call the office if you have any questions concerning re-enrollment.

FINANCIAL AID FOR 2009-2010

The financial aid application forms are now available in the school office. There is a limited amount of financial aid available for 2009-2010, so apply early. Families who received financial aid this current year must re-apply.

YEARBOOKS

2009 yearbooks are now on sale! Order your yearbook by March 27th and get it for $30… it will cost $35 after that date. You can order on-line from our website or in the school office. The yearbooks will arrive in August and will be a complete record of this current school year. You will definitely want this hardback, full color yearbook, so order your copy now.
