YEARBOOKS

2009 yearbooks are still for sale, but only until this Friday, May 8th! Don’t miss out! After May 8th, it will be too late! The cost is only $35 per book. You must order your yearbook in the school office. The yearbooks will arrive in August and will be a complete record of this current school year. Whether it’s one for each student or just one for the family, you will definitely want this hardback, full color yearbook, so order your copy now.

BEAUTY & THE BEAST DVD’S

The “Beauty & the Beast” DVD’s are now available in the school office. The cost is $15 for one, $25 for two, and $10 each if you order three or more. Checks should be made payable to Kenneth Jones. Call the school if you have not yet ordered your copy of “Beauty & the Beast.”

PORTRAIT PACKAGES

Portrait packages were distributed to each student who was photographed on Spring Portrait Day. Payment or portraits should be returned to the school office by this Friday, May 8th. You only pay for the portrait sheets you want to keep and return the others. Call the school office if you have any questions, 832-4600.

FINAL EXAM SCHEDULE

Second semester final exams for secondary students will be Monday – Wednesday, May 18 – 20. Exam schedules can be picked up in the school office and is also available by clicking here. There will be NO LUNCH and NO AFTER SCHOOL CARE on Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, May 20th. Please make arrangements to have your students picked up by 12:30 p.m. on those two days.

May 19: Kindergarten Graduation, 10:00 a.m.

May 20: 5th Grade Graduation, 10:00 a.m.

May 21: 8th Grade Graduation, 7:00 p.m.

May 22: Rhetoric (12th Grade) Graduation, 7:00 p.m.
