THE MUSIC MAN WORKSHOP
Attention perspective cast members: Don’t forget about The Music Man workshop THIS Saturday from 9:00 to 3:00. It is going to be a great day in River City! You will receive instruction from the Music Man coaches in the areas of voice, choreography, and acting. Everyone attending will receive a copy of the Music Man CD which contains all the music for “The Music Man.” Registration is due on Friday! The cost of the workshop is $25 and includes lunch. A 10% discount will be given to families with more than one student attending (10% off each additional student). Please see the attached flyer. WINTER COURT
Winter Court at ACA will take place on Friday, January 25th at 6:30 p.m. This is a formal banquet for grades 9 - 12 and alumni. Tickets for Winter Court will go on sale this Friday in the office. The cost is $32 per person. School will be dismissed at noon on the 25th. There will not be lunch or after school care that day. Girls: don’t forget to have your Winter Court dress checked! Call the office if you have any questions.
WORLDVIEW ACADEMY
There will not be a Worldview Academy session for parents in January. The session previously scheduled for Monday the 14th has been cancelled.
PLAYGROUND COMPLETED
The playground is now finished and ready for our Grammar students! Big THANK YOU’s go to student Caleb Weir, and parents Mr. Conroy, Mr. Geppelt, Mr. Sitki, and Mr. Bates for all their hard work on the playground.
MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY
Because of our need to make up some days missed during the December ice storm, we will have school on Martin Luther King Day. Additional make-up days will be announced at a later date.
PARKING LOT ETIQUITTE
Reminder to parents and student drivers: Please enter our parking lot using the driveway from 30th St. and exit onto Sheridan using the driveway next to Sherwin Williams. Also please remember that we do not stop in the driveway at the front of the building and we do not park in the pick-up lanes. Doing so causes traffic to back up and inconvieniences other drivers. Thank you for your help with these issues.

Thank you to everyone who has been bringing in Box Tops for Education! We recently received a check from General Mills for $81.50.

A limited number of the new ACA spirit wear shirts are available for purchase in the school’s consignment room. There are t-shirts, long-sleeved t-shirts, and raglan style shirts available in limited sizes and prices range from $8 to $14. You can pay for them in the office. Get them while they last!

When winter weather hits the Tulsa area, we will announce our closings on KFAQ & KRMG radio and on KJRH Channel 2. Also remember that if Tulsa Public Schools are closed, we will be closed as well.
