GRADUATION CEREMONIES
Please note the dates and times of our graduation ceremonies:
8th Grade: Thursday, May 22, 7:00 p.m., ACA auditorium
12th Grade: Friday, May 23, 7:00 p.m., Tulsa Bible Church, 5838 S. Sheridan, Tulsa
There is a reception following each ceremony. Secondary students are required to attend the Dialectic and Rhetoric graduation ceremonies unless excused by Mr. Post, and they must be in High Convocation uniforms.

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
The office at Augustine Christian Academy is open in the summer, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office will be closed on May 26th, Memorial Day, and July 4th.
REPORT CARDS
Fourth quarter report cards and honor roll certificates will be ready for pick up in the school office on Friday, June 6th. You can stop by and pick up report cards during regular office hours on the 6th or any day after the 6th.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
ACA has several projects planned for this summer and we will need some volunteers to help us get everything accomplished and ready for school to begin in August. If you can spend a few hours or a few days this summer helping us paint, move things, build, repair, etc. please contact Dr. Ehrlich at 832-4600 or Mr. Gary Conroy at 252-3941.
YEARBOOKS
This year we will have an all color, hardback yearbook! It is not too late to order your yearbook, but time is running out! There are only 17 yearbooks left! The price is $35 per book and they will arrive in August. There will be a yearbook signing party and the day and time will be announced on this web site and through the mail. You can no longer order your yearbook online, but you can drop by the school and order in the school office.
RE-ENROLLMENT
If you have not returned your re-enrollment forms to the office, please bring them in! Plans are being made for next year, new enrollments are coming in, and we want our current families to be sure to have a place in their student’s class. Financial aid applications are also now available in the office. Remember that financial aid is not automatic and must be applied for each year.
MUSIC MAN
The “Music Man” dvd’s and photo cd’s are in! If you ordered dvd’s and photo cd’s please stop by the school office and pick them up. We would like all of them picked up before next week.
UNIFORM SALE
C & J Uniforms is have a BIG sale during the month of June. If you need some new uniforms, or just want some with the new school name on them, stop by C & J during June for the best prices of the summer.
SUMMER READING PROGRAM
The Tulsa City-County Library system runs summer reading programs for elementary age students and for secondary students. Consider getting your students involved in the summer reading program at the library closest to you. Students who complete the program are eligible to win great prizes. See the poster about the secondary program on the bulletin board outside the school office or visit the library’s web site at www.tulsalibrary.org.
