EXPLORE TEST

Next Tuesday, November 11th, all 8th graders and any 9th graders new to ACA (including part-time students) will be taking the Explore Test. This is the test used to determine 8th grade reading level for an Oklahoma driver’s license, so it is important for our students to take it. There is no test fee. The test will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at approximately 11:30. If you have any questions, please call the office or see Mrs. Miller.

BEAUTY & THE BEAST

Auditions are taking place this week for the spring production of Disney’s “Beauty & the Beast”. Next Thursday, November 13th, the first rehearsal will be held at 3:00 p.m. All cast members will need to attend. Following the rehearsal, there will be a meeting for the parents of all cast members at 6:00 p.m. At least one parent MUST attend this very important meeting.

ISRAEL TRIP MEETINGS

The next Israel Tour meeting is on Sunday, November 16th, at 3:00. These meetings are required for all students going to Israel next spring or thinking of going. These teaching times are also open to anyone who simply want to know more about the land of Israel: history, politics, and people. Come prepared to learn and participate! The December meeting date is Sunday, December 7th.

SHOES FOR GAMBIA

Christ for Humanity is collecting "gently" used adult and children's shoes which will be sent to Gambia to help with a ministry there. A box will be available at ACA until November 15 to collect shoes. Please tie or strap shoes together in pairs. Contact Mrs. Weir for more information.

HOMEMADE CHRISTMAS COOKIES NEEDED
