Mr. Kirk Post, principal, is pleased to announce that Davis Good, a senior at ACA, is a National Merit Scholarship Semi-finalist. More than 1.5 million students across the United States entered the competition by taking the PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. Only a small fraction of those students continue on to become National Merit Scholars. Davis is following in the footsteps of his older brother Grant, an ACA graduate, who was a 2006 National Merit Scholar.

Mr. Post is pleased to also announce that senior Jeffrey Roderick has been named a Commended Scholar in the National Merit Scholarship competition. Commended Scholars are in the top five percent of students taking the PSAT. These students receive a letter of commendation recognizing their exceptional academic potential.
