The annual formal event for ACA high school students, Winter Court, will be held next Friday, January 27th.  Students should check the Parent/Student Handbook for guidelines on what to wear for this event.  Girls must have their Winter Court dresses checked by Mrs. Miller or Mrs. Brewer before January 25th.  PARENTS: please remember that this is a student event, NOT a parent event.  Please take your pictures of your students in their formal wear at home before they leave for Winter Court.  School will be dismissed for all grades at noon on January 27th and there will be no lunch served and no after school care.  NOTE: All Friday classes will meet.  Please CLICK HERE for the class schedule.  Questions?  Call the school office.



This Sunday, January 22, is the annual March for Life.  It will begin at 2:00 p.m. at 8th and Boulder in downtown Tulsa and end with a rally at Chapman Centennial Green.  We are providing this information for any of our families who would be interested in attending the March for Life.  For more information, visit



We have scheduled several Open House dates for prospective families during the second semester.  If you know of any families looking for a new school for their students, please share these dates with them:

Beginning January 30th, all ACA students will be given the opportunity to turn chocolate into illumination.  The Performing Arts Booster Club is sponsoring a World’s Finest Chocolate sale to raise money to rent the lighting system for our spring musical “Hello Dolly”.  Prizes will be awarded to the top student sellers!  Stay tuned for more information coming soon!



ACA’s annual banquet will be here before we know it!  This year’s banquet will feature our talented ACA students!  It will be held at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel on Friday, February 24th, at 6:30 p.m.  Tickets will be $25 per person.  Mark your calendar and make plans to attend!



​If you would like to order lunches for the month of February, please turn in your order form and payment by Friday, January 27th.  Please note that the February monthly order form includes January 30 & 31 and also March 1 & 2.  You can pick up a monthly order form in the school office or get one by CLICKING HERE.



If you ordered the “Pinkalicious” DVD or the photos, THOSE ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE.  The DVD’s are $25 and if you pay by check, please make your check out to Kenneth Jones.  Photos are priced according to what was ordered.



Although it hasn’t seemed like it yet, it is officially winter and it’s that time of year when snow and ice could hit the Tulsa area.  We announce our school closing information on the local TV and radio stations, but keep in mind that if Tulsa Public Schools are closed for bad weather, Augustine Christian Academy will be closed as well.
