Winter Court, will be held this Friday, January 27th at the Jazz Hall of Fame in Tulsa.  Maps are available in the school office and at

PARENTS: please remember that this is a student event, NOT a parent event.  A professional photographer will be at Winter Court to take portraits of students, but portraits must be pre-paid.  Please CLICK HERE for the portrait order form. 



School will be dismissed for all grades at noon on January 27th and there will be no lunch served and no after school care.  Please make arrangements to have your students picked up promptly.  NOTE: All Friday classes will meet.  Please CLICK HERE for the secondary class schedule.  Questions?  Call the school office.



This Friday is the final Friday of January and is a Spirit Wear Day for everyone.  No coupon is necessary!



If you are ordering for the month of February, please turn in your order form and payment by Friday, January 27th.  NOTE:  January 30 & 31 are on the February lunch order.  You can pick up an order form in the office or get one by CLICKING HERE.



The Performing Arts Booster Club sponsored World’s Finest Chocolate sale begins next Monday, January 30. It will conclude on February 15.  The sale is open to all ACA students, but those involved in performing arts are strongly encouraged to participate. The top student seller will have his or her choice of a $50 Quik Trip or Incredible Pizza gift card. The second top seller may choose a $25 Quik Trip or Incredible Pizza gift card. Candy bars will be distributed to student sellers after school on January 30. All money and unsold candy will be turned in after school on February 15. All proceeds from this sale will go toward the lighting rental for our spring production of “Hello Dolly”. Our goal is to raise at least $2500!



We have scheduled several Open House dates for prospective families during the second semester.  If you know of any families looking for a new school for their students, please share these dates with them:

ACA’s annual banquet will be here before we know it!  This year’s banquet will feature several of our talented ACA students and the ACA Show Choir!  It will be held at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel on Friday, February 24th, at 6:30 p.m.  Tickets will be $25 per person.  Mark your calendar and make plans to attend!



If you ordered the “Pinkalicious” DVD or the photos, THOSE ARE NOW AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE.  The DVD’s are $25 and if you pay by check, please make your check out to Kenneth Jones.  Photos are priced according to what was ordered.



Although it hasn’t seemed like it yet, it is officially winter and it’s that time of year when snow and ice could hit the Tulsa area.  We announce our school closing information on the local TV and radio stations, but keep in mind that if Tulsa Public Schools are closed for bad weather, Augustine Christian Academy will be closed as well.
