Are you looking for something unique and extra special for the ones you love this Valentine’s Day? Let them be serenaded by a group of very talented singers from Augustine Christian Academy’s Show Choir. Prices range from $25 - $40. We’ll deliver a song, a personalized card, chocolates, and a special dedication to a location of your choice within the Tulsa area. TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW for Augustine Christian Academy’s annual fundraiser banquet!  This year’s banquet will feature performances by several of our talented ACA students and the ACA Show Choir!  It will be held at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel on Friday, February 24th, at 6:30 p.m.  Tickets are $25 per person or $175 for a table of eight.  Mark your calendar and invite your friends and family!  Stop by the school office to purchase your tickets or call 918-832-4600 for more information or to order tickets.



Send your student a balloon or a heart shaped cookie on Valentines Day!  Pick up an order form in the school lobby and return it with payment to the office.  Balloons are $2 each and cookies are $1 each.  Order by Monday, February 13th!  Items will be delivered to students on Valentines Day.



The Performing Arts Booster Club is selling World’s Finest Chocolate bars!  All proceeds from this sale will go toward the lighting rental for our spring production of “Hello Dolly”. Our goal is to raise at least $2500!  It’s not too late to help!  Boxes of chocolate bars can be picked up in the office to sell, or you can purchase individual candy bars in the office.  All those selling candy bars must have their money in by February 15th.



We have scheduled several Open House dates for prospective families during the next several weeks.  If you know of any families looking for a new school for their students, please share these dates with them:

Monday, February 13th, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Monday, February 27th, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.  (Show Choir mini concert at 6:45)

Wednesday, March 7th, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday, March 27th, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.



The day of departure will be here before we know it!  There will be a meeting on Sunday, February 19th, at 3:00 p.m. for all those going on the Eastern Seaboard trip in March.  All students and at least one parent must attend!  Mr. Post will be distributing important trip information and “goodies”.  Questions?  Please contact Mr. Post by email at: [email protected]



Two work days have been scheduled for construction of the set for our spring musical “Hello Dolly”.  On Saturday, February 18 and Saturday, February 25, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. we need several men and young men to bring their tools and help us with this project.



Friday, February 17th, will be Portrait Day for all grades.  This time students do not have to wear their uniform for their portrait, but must bring their uniform with them to change into after their picture is taken.  Portrait packages will be printed for each student for parents to see before purchasing.  Questions?  Contact Mrs. Brewer at: [email protected].

C & J Uniforms, our preferred uniform supplier, is having a special sale on President’s Day, February 20th.  On that day only, anything red, white, or blue will be on sale at 20% off!  This would be a great time to pick up new polo or oxford shirts!
