As of 10/16/12 $35,101 has been raised toward our goal of $50,000. There is still time for people to make donations! Donations can be made through the end of the month! Students should follow up with those to whom they sent letters or emails.


Yearbook Picture Day will be Monday, October 22, beginning at 8:15 a.m. There will be NO HIGH CONVOCATION UNIFORM requirement that day. Students should wear their navy polo shirt for their yearbook picture. Part-time students should try to come to the school between 8:10 and 11:00 a.m. to have their yearbook picture taken. Watch for picture ordering information to come home with your students today!


Next Wednesday, October 24, we will be giving the PLAN test to our 10th grade students. This standardized test will begin at 8:00 a.m. and there is no cost for our students. Part-time 10th graders who are not normally here on Wednesday mornings should plan to be here for this test. The students should finish by 11:30 a.m.


The performance program is THE WAY to get your business name in the hands of the hundreds of people who will attend the five performances of “White Christmas” at ACA this December 6 – 9th. Be THE corporate sponsor for all 5 performances for $5000 or sponsor one performance for $1000. Your company name will be listed on the back of the cast t-shirts and will be listed as an official corporate sponsor in the show program as well as on all printed materials for the production.

Your generosity allows ACA to continue to offer productions of the highest caliber and shows your commitment and investment in our students.


Report cards were distributed on Wednesday afternoon, October 17. Parents can also check Gradenet at any time to see their students’ grades.


This week is Fall Break, which means that there is NO SCHOOL on Thursday and Friday, October 18 & 19. Enjoy your long weekend!


ATTENTION FAMILIES WHO INTEND TO HAVE STUDENTS IN THE SPRING PRODUCTION OF DISNEY’S “THE LITTLE MERMAID”: In order to take full advantage of the benefits of your Booster Club participation level, you must make the initial $50 payment of your cast fees by October 26th. You will then be qualified for the advance ticket sales and the 10% off (on up to 10 tickets) for the December production of “White Christmas”. We are looking for “Good News” about our ACA students, parents, teachers, and alumni to share in the Fall 2012 Augustine Forum magazine. If your family has good news to share, please send us an email at: [email protected] and we’ll make sure it gets into the magazine. Please include awards, special recognition or accomplishments, Tulsa State Fair entry prizes, scholarships, college degrees, etc.
