As of 10/23/12 $37,113 has been raised toward our goal of $50,000. There is still time for people to make donations!


We are having a work day for the set of “White Christmas” this Saturday, October 27th, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Cast parents & PABC members: this can go toward your required volunteer hours! The set is coming together, but we still have a ways to go. We need all available cast parents and interested high school students to help us THIS Saturday!


This Friday is the Final Friday in October and so will be Final Friday Spirit Wear Day. No coupon will be necessary!


Performing Arts Booster Club members may purchase their “White Christmas” tickets beginning Monday, October 29th. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, November 5th. There will be five performances of “White Christmas” on December 6th – 9th. Adult tickets are $10 and student tickets are $7 for each performance. The PABC will be selling Booster Bags, so skip the concession line and pre-order your Booster Bags when you buy your performance tickets!


The monthly order form for November is now available in the school office and by clicking on the link below. We are making a change in the line up! Chick-fil-A will remain on Monday & Thursday, but Arby’s will be on Tuesday, Cici’s Pizza will be on Wednesday, and Jimmy John’s will be on Friday beginning the week of November 5th. Those ordering for the month should turn in their order forms with payment by next Friday, November 2nd.


The performance program is THE WAY to get your business name in the hands of the hundreds of people who will attend the five performances of “White Christmas” at ACA this December 6 – 9th. Be THE corporate sponsor for all 5 performances for $5000 or sponsor one performance for $1000. Your company name will be listed on the back of the cast t-shirts and will be listed as an official corporate sponsor in the show program as well as on all printed materials for the production.

ATTENTION FAMILIES WHO INTEND TO HAVE STUDENTS IN THE SPRING PRODUCTION OF DISNEY’S “THE LITTLE MERMAID”: In order to take full advantage of the benefits of your Booster Club participation level, you must make the initial $50 payment of your cast fees by this Friday, October 26th. You will then be qualified for the advance ticket sales and the 10% off (on up to 10 tickets) for the December production of “White Christmas”.
