Winter Court is the annual formal banquet for ACA high school students. It is designed to celebrate being part of the Kingdom of Christ and our unique relationship with each other as brothers and sisters in the Lord. The traditions of our Winter Court event are designed to remind us of our position in grace, in a setting reminiscent of times past. This year’s theme is “When in Rome…” and the meal will be catered by Johnny Carinos.

Winter Court will be held on Friday, February 1, beginning at 6:00 p.m. It will be in a new location – the Banquet Hall at Woodlake Church, 7100 E. 31st Street, Tulsa. All ACA high school students are encouraged to attend!

Tickets for Winter Court are on sale now in the school office. Tickets cost $30 each, through January 28th. Tickets will cost $32 each if purchased on January 29th & 30th. Tickets will not be available after January 30th. Students bringing a date from another school must have the Winter Court Guest Form turned in prior to purchasing tickets. That form is attached below.

Sweeter Still Photography will be at Winter Court to take portraits of students. The portrait price list and order form is attached below.

ATTENTION PARENTS: School will dismiss at 12:05 p.m. on February 1 (all grades) because of Winter Court. There will be no lunch served and after school care will not be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but ask parents to please plan to pick students up at 12:05 p.m. that day. Please click the link below for the shortened class schedule.


Mr. Post is asking for volunteers to help get the Winter Court decorations complete and begin working on the set for Disney’s “The Little Mermaid”. We will have a WORK DAY on Saturday, January 26, 9:00 a.m. until noon. Many hands are needed! Parents and high school students are welcome!


The February lunch order form is attached below. To order for the month, please turn in your order form and payment by Friday, February 1st. Students may also order each morning in their classroom.


This Friday, January 25th, is the final Friday in January so it will be a Spirit Wear Day for everyone. No Spirit Wear coupon is necessary. Please check the Parent/Student Handbook for Spirit Wear guidelines.


ACA is looking for a volunteer who has professional marketing experience to help with ad copy and various other elements of marketing. Please call the office if you are interested in helping ACA in this area.


If you ordered a dvd of ACA’s performance of “White Christmas”, those are now available in the school office for pick-up. Cost is $20 each. Please make your checks payable to Kenneth Jones.


All those going on the ACA Israel tour in March need to come to the meetings on the following Sundays: January 27, February 10, February 24, & March3. The meetings will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the ACA Great Room. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Mary Ehrlich at 918-622-9573.


It’s getting to be that time of year when snow and ice could hit the Tulsa area. We announce our school closing information on the local TV and radio stations as early as possible, but keep in mind that if Tulsa Public Schools are closed for bad weather, Augustine Christian Academy will be closed as well.


February 1: Winter Court, Early dismissal at 12:05 p.m.
February 5: Open House for prospective families, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
February 10: Israel Trip meeting, 3:00 p.m. in the Great Room
February 11: Open House for prospective families, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
February 22: Annual Banquet at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel
