TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW for our annual banquet “A Knight’s Night”, to be held once again this year at the Tulsa Renaissance Hotel. This year our special speaker will be author, world record holder, and Chick-fil-A franchisee Mr. Arthur Greeno. The ACA Show Choir will perform as well as several other talented ACA musicians.

Tickets are on sale now in the school office - $25 each or a table of 10 for $225. Invite your friends, family, pastor, neighbors, those looking for a new school for their students, business associates, etc! The evening will be a blessing to all who attend! This banquet is a fundraiser designed to showcase Augustine Christian Academy, especially for those who don’t know about ACA or those who NEED to know about ACA. Get your tickets in the school office or by calling 918-832-4600.


The Performing Arts Booster Club is selling World’s Finest Chocolate bars beginning TODAY. Variety boxes of chocolate bars were distributed to cast members from “White Christmas” and “The Little Mermaid” after school today and can be picked up tomorrow after school too. The PABC is asking each cast family to take at least one box to sell… but there will be prizes for those selling the most, so families may take more than one box or pick up a second or third box later. All chocolate bars should be sold by March 1, and prizes will be given on March 4. The Performing Arts Booster Club raises funds each year to cover the cost of sound & lighting for the musicals. The yearbook staff is now taking orders for the 2012-2013 yearbook. The first 25 people to order can get their yearbooks for only $25 or 2 for $45! Stop by the school office to place your order.


Spring portraits will be taken this Friday, February 15 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Students do not have to be in their uniforms for their picture, but must wear their uniform the rest of the day. Grammar school students may wear their portrait clothing to school, but must bring their uniform with them. Secondary students may bring a change of clothing for their portrait, but must wear their uniform to school. Portrait packages do not have to be pre-ordered.


ACA will have a special guest on Friday, February 15, to speak to our secondary students. Mr. Charles Daniels will be here that day at 2:15 to give a presentation on the Roman army and soldiers. The class schedule will be adjusted to allow time for the assembly. Please see the schedule attached below.


The College of Engineering and Natural Sciences at the University of Tulsa will host a Middle School Open House on Thursday, February 21, 2013. The departments and organizations in the College will have experiments and demonstrations aimed at middle school students. We would like to encourage ALL our junior high students to attend, regardless if they have class on Thursday or not. The cost is $3.00 per student. Our students will leave at 1:00 and return to the school at approximately 2:50. For more information, please see the attachment below.


All those going on the ACA Israel tour in March need to come to the meetings on the following Sundays: February 24, & March 3. The meetings will be held at 3:00 p.m. in the ACA Great Room. If you have questions, please contact Mrs. Mary Ehrlich at 918-622-9573.
