Come out to support the sophomores and juniors of ACA this Friday evening, March 15, by playing games, watching a movie, and eating popcorn. There will also be other delicious concessions and a silent auction! This will be a night of fun for all ages. Find your favorite sophomores and juniors for advance purchase of Family Fun Night Pack which includes Admission, Movie, Drink, Popcorn, and 4 Game tickets. $5 for Adults and $3 for Students. Packs may also be purchased in the school office. You can also come that evening and purchase items individually. There will be 2 movie options: “How to Train Your Dragon” and Marvel’s “The Avengers”. Since “The Avengers” is rated PG13, we will ask that students under age 13 have an adult with them to enter the Avengers movie. Students under 6th grade must have an adult with them during the entire event. Doors open at 6:00. Movies start at 7:00. (This is a fund raising event for students going on the East Coast trip in the spring of 2014.)

Spring portrait packages (or payment for them) are due this Friday, March 15. Elementary grade students should give them to their teacher and grades 6 – 12 should hand them in at the school office.

Mr. Post has called for a work day on Wednesday, March 20, to work on the set for “The Little Mermaid”. There is a lot to do, so many hands are needed! The work day will be 9:00 until 2:00. High school and parent volunteers can come for just a couple of hours or for the entire time. Community service points will be given to each person who attends!

Attention Parents of Seniors: If you are planning to purchase graduation announcements through ACA, please email your senior’s picture to Becki at: [email protected] along with the number of announcements desired and the student’s name as it should be shown on their announcements (some students include their middle name and some don’t). Please have this sent in by April 1st because we are placing the order that week.

Money from selling chocolate bars is due now! Sales prizes will be announced soon. You can still buy chocolate bars in the school office, so stop by and get one!

ACA parent, Mrs. Gina Conroy, has published her second book, “Digging Up Death” and it is now available in the school office for only $15. Mrs. Conroy is offering an online fiction writing class (for students ages 11 and up) over spring break. For more information on the class, please CLICK HERE.

Ten students and twelve adults are now in Israel on a tour led by Dr. & Mrs. Ehrlich. Please pray for this group as they travel and learn more about the history of Bible and the Holy Land. They will return to Tulsa on Sunday, March 24th.
