Our annual student fundraiser events will be held on Friday, October 4th. The Grammar School students will be bringing their bikes, trikes, skates, & scooters to school and taking part in the fourth annual Wheel-A-Thon and fun day. Parents: We are in need of several game/craft station volunteers for our Grammar School event! If you would be willing to lend a hand, please contact the school office.

Our Secondary students will once again be serving in the community with our Serve-A-Thon day at four different locations in the Tulsa area.

Please take time to review the fundraiser packet with your student and assist us with putting together the mailing or e-mail lists for this endeavor. There will be a meeting on September 24th, at 6:30 p.m., for students going on the East Coast Tour in March. At least one parent should attend with their student. AND IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO SIGN UP FOR THIS EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY! The trip is open to ACA Juniors & Seniors and their parents. Anyone interested in going (or wanting more information about it) should also attend this meeting.


This year See You At The Pole will be held next Wednesday, September 25th, at the flagpole in front of the school at 7:15 a.m. Please talk to your student about arriving early that day for this event. We look forward to having a lot of students participating. Check out this video:


The monthly lunch order form for October is attached below and is also available in the school office. Please note that there are 5 weeks in October so the lunch order form is 3 pages! If you are ordering for the month, please bring your order form and payment to the school office by Friday, Sept. 27th. Parents, please remember that our Tuesday lunches must be ordered in advance (the Thursday prior or on the monthly order form) and students are not able to order on Tuesday mornings. Every other day of the week lunches may still be ordered first thing in the morning.


Our art teacher needs egg cartons! If you can donate some, please drop them off in the school office!


Are you wishing that you had someone to pray with you about our students’ opportunities and the challenges they face this school year? You do! We would love for you to join us for an hour on Wednesday mornings at 8:15 in the PAB. Feel free to come occasionally or every week! We are always stronger together!


ACA participates in the Target “Take Charge of Education” program! If you shop with a Target REDcard, please consider designating ACA to receive a donation each time you use it! We recently received a check from Target for $427 because of parents, teachers, and friends who have done exactly that. Target donates 1% of purchases made with a REDcard to designated schools.
