SCHOOL SUPPLY LISTS
The sales have begun! Attached below you will find the school supply list for Grammar School students (grades K4 - 5th) and Secondary students (grades 6 - 12). Please call the school office if you have any questions about the lists.
K4 KINDER-PREP PROGRAM
We need more students in our 4 year old class! We are changing the name of the program to Kinder-Prep and we are making a change to the tuition options for this four year old program:
Full-time Mon. - Fri. $5250 (less than $150 per week)
3 Day Program M/W/F $3600 (only $100 per week)
2 Day Program T/Th $2700 (only $75 per week)

PARENT ORIENTATION NIGHTS
Parent orientation for those with students in grades 6 - 12 will be held on Thursday evening, August 6th beginning at 6:30 p.m. Parent orientation for those with students in grades K4 - 5th grade will be held on Friday evening, August 7th beginning at 6:30 p.m. Parents should make every effort to attend! Students are not required to attend since they will have their own orientation on the first day of school.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
The first day of school is Monday, August 10th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. ALL STUDENTS must attend the first day of school including part-time students. The morning will be an orientation time which will include school rules & dress code, locker assignments, House meetings, yearbook distribution, emergency procedures, etc. Lunch time will be from noon to 12:30, after which the MWF classes will each meet for a short time. Part-time students who only have classes on T/Th may be picked up between 12:00 & 12:30. Part-time students who have MWF classes should stay to attend those classes. Students should bring their lunch with them as no lunches will be offered that day.
SENIOR GIRLS OVER-NIGHT
Calling all Senior 2016 girls! You are invited to Mrs. Cathey’s house for an over-night event next Friday, July 17th beginning at 5:00 p.m. Each girl should bring $2.00 and a snack to share, plus pillows and sleeping bags. The FACTS monthly payment forms for the 2015-2016 school year are available in the school office. If you are planning to pay your tuition next year with the monthly payment option of FACTS automatic withdrawals, please stop by the school office and pick up the payment form (or ask us to mail you one). Forms need to be returned to the office at least three weeks prior to the first payment.
2015-2016 SCHOOL CALENDAR
The School Calendar for 2015-2016 has been completed and you will find it attached below. You will see that the school year is full of events and activities… and the calendar doesn’t even include every field trip, House trip, etc! You will want to print out the calendar for future reference, but pay special attention to the dates listed in August! :-)
UNIFORM CONSIGNMENT SHOP
Has your student outgrown his slacks? Is her polo shirt too small? Is it time to replace worn out uniform pieces? ACA might be able to help you out! We have a Uniform Consignment Shop this summer! If you have uniform pieces (in good condition) to sell, you can bring those items to the school. These items can either be donated to ACA to sell, or you can tag them with your name and the amount you would like to sell them for and we will add them to the shop. Please see the sales tags attached below.
The Uniform Consignment Shop will be open August 3-7 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for shopping. Uniform pieces for sale can be dropped off at the school office any Monday - Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (NOTE: $1.00 for each consigned uniform piece sold will go to ACA. Any consigned items not sold must be picked up the first week of school in August, or will be considered as donated to ACA.)
ACA SUMMER OFFICE HOURS
The ACA office is now on a Summer Schedule. The office will be open Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The office will be closed on Fridays throughout July. We will return to regular office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) beginning August 10th, the first day of school. If you need to reach someone outside of office hours, please email [email protected] .
