We have made some changes to the tuition options for our four year old program, Kinder-Prep:

Full-time Mon. - Fri.  $5250 (less than $150 per week)

3 Day Program M/W/F  $3600 (only $100 per week)

2 Day Program T/Th  $2700 (only $75 per week)

PLUS each of the above options will include after school extended care for no additional charge! (Kinder-Prep students only)

We are making big changes to our after school program!  This new program will begin the first day of school, so please take a look at the program handbook attached below for registration information.  


Our Grammar School teachers are busy getting their rooms and lesson plans ready, and they are excited to meet you and your students!  We want to invite you to stop by the school this Friday, August 7th, from 1:00-3:00 with your child.  This will give you an opportunity to bring in their school supplies and to meet the teacher and see the classroom.


Parent orientation for those with students in grades 6 - 12 will be held on Thursday evening, August 6th beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Parent orientation for those with students in grades K4 - 5th grade will be held on Friday evening, August 7th beginning at 6:30 p.m.  Parents should make every effort to attend!  We will begin in the Great Room both nights.  Students are not required to attend since they will have their own orientation on the first day of school.


The first day of school is Monday, August 10th, beginning at 8:00 a.m.  ALL STUDENTS must attend the first day of school including part-time students.  The morning will be an orientation time which will include school rules & dress code, locker assignments, House meetings, yearbook distribution, emergency procedures, etc.  The secondary students lunch time will be from noon to 12:30, after which the MWF classes will each meet for a short time.  Part-time students who only have classes on T/Th may be picked up between 12:00 & 12:30.  Part-time students who have MWF classes should stay to attend those classes.  All students should bring their lunch with them as no lunches will be offered that day.


Attention ALL High School Students and Parents: The Sound of Music Audition Workshop (complimentary) will be held on FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm WITH A REQUIRED PARENT MEETING FOLLOWING THE WORKSHOP.  (The workshop includes a light dinner). EVERY HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT IS URGED TO COME OUT FOR THE 50TH ANNIVERSARY OF THIS EXCITING MUSICAL.  NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED!  Actual auditions will be held the following week!  There a tons of parts for guys (German Storm Troopers, Navy Sergeants, 3 lead rolls, Guests at a fancy party and more).  Ladies, always lots of parts for you!  Mark your calendar.  Questions: Call or email Mrs. Post ([email protected]) or Mrs. Redden ([email protected]).


Attached below you will find the updated 2015-2016 Parent/Student Handbook.  Please take a few minutes to read through the handbook - we want everyone to know everything about ACA before the first day of school!  :-)


We have 2 open positions (or the same person can do both jobs) for a CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN for the set of “The Sound of Music” (a more detailed set) and the Jr. Musical (in the spring – a much easier set). We are looking for a dad(s) with building and supervisory experience to assist our Stage Craft Class with the building process. This is a paid position (performing arts fees and hours trade-off).  One dad can do both jobs (a great position for a family with multiple children in our musicals), one dad for each musical, or if you are a parent or family/friend of the school who is interested in this position, we are open for a bid.  Please contact Gale Post at 918-852-2040 for more information.


If you have not yet made tuition payment arrangements for the new school year, please see Becki Davis at Parent Orientation night.  We need to know how you are planning to pay your tuition this year.  FACTS payment forms will be available that evening.


The School Calendar for 2015-2016 is attached below.  You will see that the school year is full of events and activities… and the calendar doesn’t even include every field trip, House trip, etc!  You will want to print out the calendar for future reference, but pay special attention to the dates listed in August!  :-)


We have had a Uniform Consignment Shop this summer and next week is the last week!  If you have uniform pieces (in good condition) to sell, you can bring those items to the school.  These items can either be donated to ACA to sell, or you can tag them with your name and the amount you would like to sell them for and we will add them to the shop.  Please see the sales tags attached below.

The Uniform Consignment Shop will be open this Thursday & Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for shopping.  Uniform pieces for sale can be dropped off at the school office this Thursday & Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  (NOTE: $1.00 for each consigned uniform piece sold will go to ACA.  Any consigned items not sold must be picked up the first week of school in August, or will be considered as donated to ACA.)
