COME ONE, COME ALL TO TRIVIA NIGHT
Several of our table sponsors have seats available at their tables and we would like to get those seats filled! SINCE THOSE SEATS HAVE BEEN SPONSORED, WE CAN NOW OFFER THEM TO YOU AT NO CHARGE! Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the Trivia games will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. PLEASE CONTACT MR. AHRENS IF YOU CAN JOIN US ON SATURDAY.
We would really love to see you, and a few of your friends THIS SATURDAY EVENING! We are excited about our Third Annual Trivia Night and Auction Fundraiser! Mr. Post will be sharing the vision of the school and our plans for the years to come, and there will be a silent auction with many things you will want to bid on - over $8000 worth of items and gift cards have been donated for our auction! (Please see the attachment below for several of the items that will be available.)
Sweet & Salty snacks will be provided by some of our favorite places! McAlister’s is providing tea, Freckles is providing custard cups, Marco’s Pizza is providing cinnamon as well as cheesy breadsticks, Farrell Family Bread is providing brownies, and Speedy Gonzalez is providing chips & salsa!

MARCH LUNCH ORDERS
The monthly lunch order form for March is attached below and is available in the school office. If you are ordering for the month, please bring your order form and payment to the school office by Friday, February 26th.
SALT & LIGHT CHAPEL
Monday, February 29, will be our next secondary Salt & Light Chapel. Secondary students must wear their High Convocation uniforms! The class schedule will be adjusted to allow our guests more time in chapel. Please see the adjusted schedule attached below.
“SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL”
Cast Parents may purchase their “Seussical” tickets during EARLY sales week March 1 - 4. All cast fees must be paid in order to purchase tickets. You can check with Becki or Jill in the school office to see if you still owe any cast fees.
TICKET SALES begin Monday, March 7th for everyone else! Ticket cost is $10 for adults and $7 for students.
Posters – Please pick up one of these beautiful 11 x 20 posters advertising our production and display in your office, church, etc. We also have 3 x 5 “mini posters” that can be mailed or handed to someone. Please pick up a stack and pass them out. Let’s sell out each performance!
ALL SCHOOL SKATE NIGHT
The ACA Sophomore Class is sponsoring an all-school skate night on Tuesday, March 1st, at Skateland Tulsa. This is a private event for ACA families & their invited friends only! Students, and parents, can skate from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for only $4.00 per person (includes skate rental)! Skateland is located just up the road from ACA at 11th and Sheridan. We’ll see you there!
OKLAHOMA LATIN CONVENTION
All ACA Latin students (age 12 & up) are welcome to attend the 2016 Oklahoma Latin Convention on April 1 & 2 in Moore, OK. We hope to take a large group of students to this fun weekend of competitions (volleyball, basketball, quiz bowl, chess, costumes, painting, photography, and MORE) with other Latin students from schools across Oklahoma! Cost is only $125 including 3 meals! Parents, if your student is age 12 or older and taking Latin, please encourage them to sign up for the convention. 2017 ACA ISRAEL TRIP
The next ACA Israel Trip is scheduled for March, 2017. This trip is open to our current 10th & 11th graders (11th & 12th next year), ACA families, and friends of ACA. COSTCO IS COMING TO TOWN
Costco will be setting up a display in our front lobby on Tuesday, March 1st to promote membership for their new store opening at 101st and Memorial Drive. Costco representatives will be on campus from 2:45 - 3:45 p.m. that day to answer any questions you may have about Costco and to conduct a membership drive. Feel free to park and come in to visit with the Costco staff at their display lobby.
The Hen House is growing, and we’d love to have you join us! The Hen House is our ACA moms’ group. We meet on Friday afternoons at 2:00 to socialize and coordinate volunteer efforts for the school. Please drop in and see what we’re all about. We meet in the glass front classroom upstairs, adjacent to the computer lab. Hope to see you Friday! SPIRIT WEAR SHIRTS
Did you miss out on ordering a spirit wear shirt in the fall? Are you new to ACA this semester and need some spirit wear? The yearbook staff is planning to submit another order for spirit wear shirts in March. You will find the order form attached below. Orders are due in the school office by March 4th.
ART CLASS NEEDS
Our Art teacher, Mrs. Thornhill, is in need of styrofoam egg cartons for her art classes. If you have any of these you can donate, please drop them off at the school office.
SPONSOR A YEARBOOK PAGE
Attention ACA parents! Now is the chance to put what you want to say about ACA in the yearbook!!! For only $50, you can sponsor a page in our yearbook and write a short blurb about whatever you’d like! You can write something about ACA ‘s students, faculty and staff, or any other school affiliated events. You can give words of wisdom, thanks, advice, or just give a shout out to your student. Pick up an order form from the school office. Orders and payment is due February 26, 2016. Maximum number of characters is 140. CAMPBELLS LABELS FOR EDUCATION
Campbells is making a change and after this school year they will be discontinuing their Labels for Education program. For ACA that means that we have one more chance to turn in labels for credit toward classroom supplies! If you have been saving Campbells labels, please bring those to the school office by March 31st so we can get them turned in to Campbells before the end of the school year.
