Our Food, Fellowship, and FUNdraising event will be THIS Thursday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at Noodles & Co. at 9205 E. 71st Street.  See the flyer attached below for more information.  You must take in the flyer or mention that you are supporting Augustine Christian Academy for us to get credit for your purchase!  ACA will receive 25% of sales during those hours.

These restaurant events have all been so much fun that you won’t want to miss this one.



ACA’s Jr. Production Company will open its production, Seussical Jr. , on Thursday, April 14th.  The much-loved musical celebrates the power of imagination, the importance of believing in oneself, and diversity, reminding everyone that “A person’s a person, no matter how small!” The production features many well-known Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, and of course, the infamous Cat in the Hat, who acts as host and MC.

Seussical will run for 5 performances, closing on Sunday, April, 17. The musical debuted on Broadway in 2000, before touring the U.S. and the U.K. It remains a staple of regional and school theater.

Tickets are $7 for Students/Children and $10 for Adults.  Performance dates/times are:

Thursday, April 14th, Friday, April 15th, and Saturday, April 16th at 7:00 pm; Saturday, April 16th at 2:00 pm; and Sunday, April 17th at 3:00 pm.

Tickets are by reservation only. Invite all your family and friends. Director, Mrs. Post guarantees you will walk out the door singing one of the Seussical songs from the show!


The yearbook staff is sponsoring Spring Picture Day THIS Friday, April 8th.  Students may wear their choice of clothing for their spring picture, but must be in uniform except when getting their picture taken.  There will be a choice of backgrounds using “green screen” technology.  However, due to the green screen - students should NOT wear green clothing!  Proofs will be delivered to the school and parents can order portraits from the photographer’s web site if they like the proofs.


The senior sponsored Talent Show begins at 7:00 p.m. this Friday night! The Seniors will be serving dinner at 6:00 p.m. in the PAB. Enjoy a walking taco and a drink for $5 OR a taco salad and drink for $4!  The evening will also offer concessions in the Lobby before and during intermission of the show. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and seats are first come, first serve.  $4 for adults and guests and $3 for ACA Students at the door.   The seniors need your vote to determine the winners for the evening.  Prizes will be given to the winners, and the Seniors have planned one amazing finale that you do NOT want to miss!  Proceeds will go towards the Senior Class Gift to ACA.


Each year, the Rotary Club of Tulsa sponsors Camp Enterprise, a three and a half day event where students develop their leadership and business skills and learn about free enterprise. They invite up to 100 students from Tulsa area schools and have multiple guest speakers from the Tulsa area business world speaking into their lives throughout the event. This year, five of our Juniors were sponsored to attend, free of charge. Camp Enterprise weekend is one long, intense business challenge where you first are separated from your school peers. You then have to meet with your new team to choose who you believe will successfully lead you and your team to build the best business strategy to help you become the most successful team by the end of the event. Many of our ACA students have risen to the position of president of their respective business team and for the second year in a row an ACA student has led their team to victory. Last year, at Camp Enterprise 2015, Hannah Brennecke led her team to a 1st Place victory and this year, at Camp Enterprise 2016, Michael Stephens led his team to a 1st Place victory!

We are so very proud of the accomplishments of all who attended Camp Enterprise this year. Michael Stephens will be honored at the April 28th downtown Rotary Club of Tulsa luncheon, where he has been asked to deliver a speech. Please join us in congratulating Michael for this wonderful accomplishment. We truly have amazing students here at Augustine Christian Academy!


We are now accepting new students for next school year, so you need to turn in your enrollment contract as soon as possible to hold your student’s place in their grade.  Please contact the school office if you have any questions.


All money from chocolate bar sales is now due!

Congratulations to the Sales Winners: 1st Place - Angel Karloh, 2nd Place - Jacob Fox, and 3rd Place - Joshua Back.  We appreciate all those who sold chocolate bars to support our performing arts program.


For those of you who may not know, OK Mozart is Oklahoma’s premier classical music festival. Last year, we were honored to have two of our ACA students taking part in this amazing concert series. This year’s festival begins on Sunday, June 12th and runs through Saturday, June 18th in Bartlesville.

OK Mozart and ACA have a strong relationship and to honor that relationship, their Executive Director, Dr. Randy Thompson has offered ACA a block of 30 tickets at a 20% discount for each night’s performance. With this offer, you can get a great price for an amazing performance while surrounded by your ACA family and friends. ACA will also receive a gift in the amount of 50% of all proceeds from the sale of these tickets to our ACA families!

This year’s performers include The OK Mozart Signature Symphony (select college students from around Oklahoma), The Signature Symphony Dance Band, The Tulsa Symphony Orchestra, The Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra, The Catherine Russell Quintet, Simply Three, and more.
