Parents, if you have gently used uniform items you would like to sell, you are welcome to bring them to the school!  Items must be tagged with your name and price you are asking for the item.  (sales tags are attached below for your convenience)  The school will retain $1 for each item you sell.  Any uniform items not sold must be picked up prior to the first day of school!  Checks for items sold will be sent out during the first or second week of school.

If your student needs uniform items for the coming school year, please check out the gently used uniform items for sale in the school lobby before you go to C & J Uniforms for new items.  We have polo shirts, oxford shirts, slacks, skirts, blazers, fleece jackets, and even some spirit wear shirts!  


Returning high school students have been sent their class schedule for the new year via Gradenet message.  Returning 7th & 8th grade students should watch for your schedule in the next day or two.  If your student did not receive their schedule, or if you need to change your secondary student’s schedule, or talk to someone about their classes, please contact Mrs. Cathey at [email protected] or call the school office.  You will find the class schedule attached below.


If you have friends or family thinking about enrolling their students at ACA, remind them that we are now half-way through the summer and there is a very good chance that some of our classes will close.  The sooner they begin the enrollment process, the better!  Thanks for recommending ACA to your friends.


School supplies for K4 - 5th Grade are included in your tuition costs for 2016-2017.  So are your student’s art fees, if they are in K4 - 5th grade!  The enrollment contract mentions it, but you may not have noticed it on there.  The secondary school supply list is attached below.


The school calendar for the coming year is attached below and available on the school website. Make sure to note the dates of Parent Orientation and the first day of school!  Please note that the first day of school is a Student Orientation Day for ALL students - including part-time students.


If you ordered a dvd of “Seussical”, the spring 2016 musical; those are now in, so please stop by the school office and pick up your copy.  The cost is $20 each and checks can be made to ACA.  Those who ordered a photo CD for “Seussical” can pick those up in the office as well.  The cost is $20 and checks should be made out to Nick Conroy for the photo CD.


Final report cards and seniors’ diplomas are available for pick-up in the school office.  The office is open 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday.  Report cards not picked up will be available at Parent Orientation in August.
