Attached below you will find the School Calendar for 2017-2018 which shows all of the school breaks & early dismissal days, dates for the musicals, Little Theater nights, Trivia Night, graduations, Grandparents Day, etc.  We have also added the 20th Anniversary celebration and the Senior sponsored events to the calendar.  Of course there will be some activities added throughout the year, so be sure to check your Charger Newsletter every week during the school year to stay on top of the happenings at ACA!


If you have uniform items that your students have outgrown and they are still in good repair, consider bringing them to ACA to consign.  Consigned items will be on display for sale to our families beginning July 24th and will be available through Orientation night, August 10th.  Please tag each item with your name, the size, and sales price.  Please note that $1 of each item sold will go to ACA and the rest will be paid to you after the close of the sale in August.  Items accepted include: blazers, sweaters, polo shirts, oxford shirts, uniform slacks & shorts, skirts, & jumpers.  Uniform items may also be donated to the school for the school to sell.  Items may be dropped off at the school office the week of July 17 - 21.  Unsold items must be picked up at the school the first week of school.  If you have any questions, please contact Miss Cathey at [email protected]


At ACA, there are always little (or big!) projects around campus that need attention. For that reason, we have developed a page on our website that will be dedicated to our current projects. We will keep this page updated to let you know when a project is nearing or has achieved full funding and other progress made. We have already received partial or full funding for three of our projects! Check them all out at the link below. We thank you in advance for your desire to continually assist us in improving our campus for your children and grandchildren. If you ordered a DVD or a photo cd of “Willy Wonka”, those are now available in the school office for pick-up. They are $20 each.  Check out the trailer for the dvd here:


If you are planning to pay tuition monthly through FACTS, please stop by the office and pick up a FACTS payment form, or call the office and we can mail one to you .  Also, please remember that if you received financial assistance for this school year, you must still apply for financial assistance for next year.  Please call the school office with any questions concerning tuition payments.


Enrollment for the 2017-18 Extended Day Program is now open to all ACA families.  Please see the information and registration form attached below.




Our school office hours during the summer are 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  Fridays are by appointment only as the office will normally be closed on Friday during the summer.  The office will also be closed July 10th - 14th.  If you need to reach someone outside of office hours, please email [email protected] .
