The Charger Newsletter

Parent Orientation for the parents of Grammar School students (grades K4 - 5th) will be held on Thursday, August 10th, at 6:30 p.m.  This meeting is a very important time for us to share new information or changes taking place at ACA.  This is also a wonderful time to meet your student’s teachers.  Bring your students!  Students will meet with their teachers while parents meet with Mr. Post.  Then the parents will meet the teachers as the students meet with Mr. Post.  Parents need to make every effort to attend!

The first day of school is next Monday, August 14th!  It will be a full day: 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.  All Secondary students (full-time and part-time) must attend the morning Orientation (8:00 - 12:00).  From 12:40 to 3:15 the three Monday/Wednesday classes will be meeting.  Part-time students having M/W classes need to stay and attend their classes.  Part-time students who do not have a M/W class may leave at lunchtime.

All students must pack their lunches the first two weeks of school!  Our lunch venders will begin delivering lunches beginning the third week of school, August 28th, and students will be able to purchase a lunch in the mornings beginning that day.  Watch the Charger Newsletter for more information about our lunch program and our venders coming soon!  Also watch for the September monthly order form!

If you have any questions, please contact the school office.

If you have not yet added the Schoolway app to your phone, please take a few moments to do so! You can also sign up online at the link below. Schoolway will be our primary way to alert parents and students when we need to get information to you quickly, as in the case of school closings due to bad weather, a power outage, etc.  Please see the attachment below for more information or go to this link:
