Join us each morning when dropping off your child(ren) for school. Take an extra few minutes to park and start your day with some great fellowship as well as a great cup of Java Dave’s coffee. We have been enjoying these mornings with our teachers and parents and we would love to see you there. The coffee bar is open in the lobby between 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. each morning.


Our lunch vendors will begin delivering lunches on August 28th, and students will be able to purchase a lunch in the mornings beginning that day.  Here is the lunch schedule:

Monday - Chick-fil-A

Tuesday - Marco’s Pizza

Wednesday - Nibbler Box (students create their box from a choice of items)

Thursday - Chick-fil-A

Friday - Papa John’s Pizza & Freckles Frozen Custard

Attached below is the Nibbler Box order form (so you can see the options available with that) and the September monthly lunch order form.  Next week all students wanting to order lunch must order in the morning.  K4 - 3rd grade must order at the office window.  4th - 12th grades will order in their classroom.  Students may continue to pack their lunches, we offer lunch from these vendors as an option for our families.  Take a look at the monthly order form to see prices.  Parents may order and pay for the month (pick the days you’d like to order) or you can also set up a lunch ledger for your student in the office.  Students can use money from their lunch ledger to purchase lunches on a day by day basis.  Please note: The big refrigerator in the Great Room will be cleaned out every Friday afternoon after school and things left in it will go into the trash; so if your student packs their lunch remind them to bring home any plastic containers!  If you have any questions about our lunch program, please call or stop by the office!  

COMING SOON: we will be adding a Salad Bar option to our lunch program!  Watch your email for an announcement about the Salad Bar!


Tuition payment arrangements should be in place by now. If you have not yet made your payment or completed a FACTS payment form, please stop by the office as soon as possible.


If you have not yet added the Schoolway app to your phone, please take a few moments to do so! You can also sign up online at the link below. Schoolway will be our primary way to alert parents and students when we need to get information to you quickly, as in the case of school closings due to bad weather, a power outage, etc.  Please see the attachment below for more information or go to this link:


Today after school our House sponsors and the House officers headed to New Life Ranch to prepare for Charger Round Table.  Tomorrow our 6th - 12th grade students will be heading to New Life Ranch for our annual retreat & Charger Round Table.  These two days at the ranch usually set the tone for the rest of the school year as students eat, play, and pray together.  Students will leave on Thursday morning at 8:15 and will return on Friday afternoon at about 3:15.  Please keep our students and sponsors in your prayers during these next two days!


The Hen House is sponsoring a “Welcome Back Brunch” for all ACA moms on Saturday, August 26, at 9:00 a.m.  They will meet at All About Cha at 820 N. Aspen (145th) in Broken Arrow.  They have a great variety of food to choose from and prices run about $10 per person.  This will be a great time to meet and fellowship with other ACA moms!




ACA parent, Mr. Myles Martin, will be offering a Mixed Martial Arts & Self Defense class on Friday afternoons at 2:15 p.m. beginning Friday, September 1st.  Mr. Martin holds 5 black belts in various martial arts and is offering this class to ACA students in grades 7 - 12.  Please see the flyer attached below for more information and to register your student.




We are excited to once again be able to offer the Chad Cargill ACT Prep Class right here on our ACA campus! It is coming up very soon so please let us know ASAP if your high school student would like to sign up for it. It will be held on Monday morning, September 11th, from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. The cost is $30 per student. Students will be excused from their classes that morning if they are attending.  Please sign up with Mrs. Collingsworth in the school office, or email her at: [email protected]

Join a group of ACA moms to pray for our school, our kids, our teachers & administration, and our families.  They will be meeting on Thursday mornings at 8:15 in room 104 (off of the Great Room across from the 2nd grade classroom).  There are no commitments… just come when you are able to join them!  If you arrive early (before 8:00) you can grab a cup of coffee in the school lobby!


We are going to be hosting our 3rd Annual College Night on Friday, September 15th at 7:00 pm. We have some great schools coming to be on our college panel - some have been here before but we have some new schools this year. Coming back for the second year is David Burney, financial aid representative from JBU. He was incredible last year presenting the financial aid portion of the evening! We are pleased that he has agreed to come back this year.

Please let your friends and family know that they can come to College Night with you and your high schooler.  You will learn about college admission in general, as well as have the opportunity to learn about the schools that will be there. Most of what they will be talking about will be helpful information no matter where your students decide to attend college. There will be a Q & A session during the evening when everyone can get their questions answered. At the end of the evening the representatives will be set up at their individual tables for students and families to come visit with them individually and ask any other questions they might have. There will also be desserts and coffee during that time.

These are the colleges/universities that will be represented at College Night: TU, ORU, OU, UCO, JBU, OBU, and [email protected]. Mrs. Collingsworth is still waiting to hear from OSU but is hoping they will also be a part of the evening.




We still have a few projects that have not been fully funded.  We have developed a page on our website that is dedicated to our current projects. We will keep this page updated to let you know when a project is nearing or has achieved full funding and other progress made.  Check them all out at the link below. If you ordered a DVD or a photo cd of “Willy Wonka”, those are now available in the school office for pick-up. They are $20 each.  If you ordered a photo CD of “Sleeping Beauty”, those are now available in the school office and are $10 each.  The DVD of “Sleeping Beauty” is not yet available so watch the Charger Newsletter for its availability.
