Since your students have finished up the school year, consider donating their used backpack to change someone’s life.  Imagine if everything you owned had to be carried with you everywhere you go… a backpack would make a world of difference for you.  “Keepers” takes used & worn backpacks and donates them to homeless men and women who need someplace to store their things. You can drop off your used backpacks at the ACA office this summer during our normal office hours.  Please see the flyer attached below for more information about “Keepers”.



Attached below is the School Calendar for next school year.  Please note the dates for Parent Orientations and the first day of school in August!


Our annual Weeks of the Arts will take place in June and we have some GREAT camps being offered this year!  Week One will have Puppets, Hebrew, Sewing, Small business, American Girls, Stagecraft, and they are still open for enrollment.  The Performing Arts camps (Pajama Party, Annie, and Seussical) are CLOSED. See the flyer and registration form attached below for more information.

A couple of the camps do not yet have enough students registered, so please do not delay!  Turn in your registration form for your student TOMORROW!  We need to know how many are in each camp!




A very unique event took place last week at our monthly board meeting. The Chairman of the ACA Board of Governors, Mr. Nathan Hostetler, completed his tenure on the board and it was time to hand off the chairmanship to another board member. The baton was passed to Mr. Aaron Payne, one of the first students to attend an amazing new school in Tulsa back in the late 1990’s, then known as St. Augustine Academy. Aaron graduated from ACA in 2001 and has been serving on the board for the past two years. We welcome Aaron to his new role and wish to thank Nathan for his six years of service to the board. Thank you to both of you for your willingness to serve!

It’s time to enroll in ACA’s Extended Day Program for the 2018-2019 school year. This program is for students K4-8th grade from 3:15 - 5:30 pm daily. Our program is growing, so register early to save your child’s spot with us for next year after school!  Please see the registration form attached below.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact Dawn Murphy-Williams at 314-952-3320.


If your student participated in this years Jr. production of “Madagascar”, the DVD’s are now available for $20 in the school office.  We are restricted by our licensing agreement to one DVD per cast member family.


The FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment program is open for applications for financial assistance for the 2018-2019 school year. Financial assistance is available for our families as needed. We understand that private education is a sacrifice. For that reason, we want to make sure our tuition is one of the lowest in the greater Tulsa area. We also do what we can to assist those for whom a private Classical Christian Education might otherwise not be possible. If you know of a family whom you feel should consider ACA, please encourage them to set up a time to tour or shadow in the very near future. Don’t let financial circumstances impede a family from an introduction to ACA.  And please remember that if you have received financial aid this year, you must still apply for financial aid for the 2018-2019 school year.


If you are not paying tuition in full or using the two payment (at semester) payment plan through the front office, the FACTS payment program allows you to set up monthly payments. However, PLEASE NOTE that FACTS can no longer accept credit card payments beginning with the next school year. Changes to the credit card laws no longer allow them to keep credit card information on file for monthly drafts.  They will only be able to accept bank draft (or ACH) payments for this process. If this change will adversely impact your payment plan, please reach out to Mr. Ahrens at [email protected] so that other arrangements may be considered.

As a reminder, the payment plans are as follows:

11-month plan: Payments start in June or July. FACTS contracts must be submitted in May.

10-month plan: Payments start in July or August. FACTS contracts must be submitted in June.

Our FACTS payment enrollment forms are now available in the office.  If you have questions about our tuition payment plans, please contact the school office or Mr. Ahrens at the above email address.
