UNIFORM CONSIGNMENT SALE COMING SOON
Has your child outgrown his/her uniforms? If they are still in good condition, you can consign them at ACA. Beginning Monday, July 9th, you can drop off uniform items you would like to consign at the ACA office (Mon. - Thurs. 9:00 - 4:30). Our “Uniform Consignment Store” will be open for shopping during office hours July 23 - August 9, and at each of the Parent Orientation evenings. Be sure each item is tagged with your name, the size of the item, and the price you are asking. Please see sample tags attached below. We have found that it works best to pin your tags onto the clothing. One dollar of every item sold will go to ACA and the rest will be paid to you. Any items that are not sold will be returned to you the first week of school. You can also donate uniform items in good condition to the school.
School supplies are included in tuition for grades K4 - 5th and will be distributed to students the first day or two of school. Elementary students will still need a backpack and lunch bag. The supply lists for 6th grade and for 7th - 12th grades are attached below. The back to school sales will begin soon and we want you to be ready!
SECONDARY CLASS SCHEDULE

There are some new courses this year including our new Introduction to Computer Science which includes experience in coding, a new Dialectic Bible class, Spanish I, and Classical Greek. Also Mrs. Anderson will be teaching a new class on Friday mornings called Mission: Geography, which combines an investigation of world geography with a study of historical mission work in these countries and modern persecution of Christians. If your student is interested in one of these new classes, please be sure to let us know!
When school starts in August, one of our families will need some help with after school transportation. The student will need to be taken to his mother’s place of employment, Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital near Tulsa Hills, each day after school. The driver will be compensated. DONATE YOUR BACKPACKS
Since your students have finished up the school year, consider donating their used backpack to change someone’s life. Imagine if everything you owned had to be carried with you everywhere you go… a backpack would make a world of difference for you. “Keepers” takes used & worn backpacks and donates them to homeless men and women who need someplace to store their things. You can drop off your used backpacks at the ACA office this summer during our normal office hours.
2018-2019 SCHOOL CALENDAR

EXTENDED DAY REGISTRATION FOR 2018-2019
It’s time to enroll in ACA’s Extended Day Program for the 2018-2019 school year. This program is for students K4-8th grade from 3:15 - 5:30 pm daily. Our program is growing, so register early to save your child’s spot with us for next year after school! Please see the registration form attached below. FACTS PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS
If you are not paying tuition in full or using the two payment (at semester) payment plan through the front office, the FACTS payment program allows you to set up monthly payments. However, PLEASE NOTE that FACTS can no longer accept credit card payments beginning with the next school year. Changes to the credit card laws no longer allow them to keep credit card information on file for monthly drafts. They will only be able to accept bank draft (or ACH) payments for this process. If this change will adversely impact your payment plan, please reach out to Mr. Ahrens at [email protected] so that other arrangements may be considered.
Our FACTS payment enrollment forms are now available in the office. If you need a form mailed to you, please contact the office. If you have questions about our tuition payment plans, please contact Mr. Ahrens at the above email address.
THERE ARE SEVERAL COSTS THAT CAN BE ADDED TO YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS. Spirit Wear shirts, New Life Ranch, Performing Arts fees, Senior graduation fees, etc. can be paid out monthly instead of all at once, if those costs are added to your FACTS tuition payment. Please see the worksheet attached below. These items can be added to your monthly payments even if your payments have already started… just return the worksheet to the school office.
