Board of Directors
St. Augustine Academy, Inc. is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization registered with the State of Oklahoma, and is doing business as Augustine Christian Academy. The Augustine Christian Academy Board of Governors consists of individuals who support and protect the vision of the school and who are responsible for its financial oversight.
Aaron Payne
Board Co-Chairman
Aaron Payne serves on the board as Chairman. Aaron started out at ACA as one of its founding student members, beginning his freshman year of High School back in 1997. He graduated in 2001 with 10 of his fellow classmates. After graduation, Aaron attended TCC for a year and then finished his college education at the University of Oklahoma where he met his lovely wife. Aaron and his wife, Kelly, have 3 children (1 boy and 2 girls) aged 12, 10 and 7, respectively. Aaron is currently a project manager at Whiting-Turner.
Travis Winsby
Board Co-Chairman
Travis Winsby is a graduate of Oklahoma State University (BS Agricultural Sciences - Agricultural Education) and the owner of A&M Inspection, a residential property inspection company. He and his wife Annie reside in Owasso, are members of Discovery Bible Fellowship and the founders of Keepers (a non-profit that benefits the homeless in the Tulsa area). Travis is the father of two ACA students, Allison and Maddie, in our secondary program.
Sandra Massey
Board Secretary
Sandra Massey was one of the early board members of St. Augustine Academy (now Augustine Christian Academy). Mrs. Massey brought her many years of experience in education and administration to assist the board in shaping the future of this amazing school. After serving faithfully for many years, she retired from the board and became a part-time teacher in the Language Arts department of ACA. She retired from teaching at the end of the 2015-2016 school year and re-joined the board a year later. She and her husband, Lee, own Universal Combustion Corporation, an engineering consulting company specializing in the oil and gas industry.
Bill Davis
Pastors Bill and Lisa Davis serve the Tulsa community through their outreach at Vision Family Ministries, located right next door to ACA. Vision Family Ministries is a life-changing ministry where training leaders to be visionaries is the focus, Christ is the center, and God is the Head. Pastor Davis also serves as President of Divine Will Ministries, a non-profit organization. Most recently, in 2015, he and his wife launched Davis & Davis Investments, a conglomerate of real estate businesses dedicated to assisting with the housing needs of Tulsans. He is also a member of the advisory board of North Tulsa Counseling Services.
Pastor Bill joins our ACA board of governors for the term beginning in the fall of 2018 and we are honored to have him share in the shepherding of the school for the glory of the Lord.
Chris Davis
J. Christopher Davis is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a shareholder/attorney with Johnson & Jones where he serves as the director of the firm’s Litigation department. Chris also serves as the Adjunct Settlement Judge for the US District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma.
Chris and his wife, Adora, are the parents of one ACA student, Emilie.
Jens Quilitzsch
Jens Quilitzsch is a realtor / founder of Red Dot Team at Keller Williams Realty Advantage and the owner of Baucos Group Ltd. Co., a residential design and construction firm.
Jens is the father of two ACA students, Grace and Ian. Jens is passionate about the school and its teachers and is an enthusiastic supporter of ACA.
Dr. Jacque Scholl
Dr. Jacque Scholl is an Audiologist and owner of The Scholl Center and Sound IQ, Tulsa's retail resource for boutique audio products, listening devices, ear care, tinnitus management products, and hearing aids. She is very committed to ACA and has taken the lead on many of the school's social events. Jacque and her husband, Eric, are the parents of two ACA students.
