Tuition Information

In Tulsa and the surrounding areas, you have many educational choices. At ACA, we count it a privilege that you have chosen to have your child/children taught by our caring staff in a close-knit, nurturing environment.

When seeking the right educational solution, we recognize that many factors influence that decision. Some are looking specifically for a Christian education. Others are seeking a Christian education with a decidedly classical approach. Still others are looking for a small, family oriented setting where their child can receive an education that is second to none and where their child can grow in the love of Christ. Whichever your motivation, we recognize that price will play a role to some extent in your decision-making process. Augustine Christian Academy continues to be a low cost option for Tulsa area families and we are proud to be able to provide an affordable private education to our families.

2023-2024 Tuition

As a privately funded non-profit organization, Augustine Christian Academy relies heavily on the consistent tuition payment of our families to meet our monthly obligations for the mortgage, payroll, and other operational expenses. We use a third-party payment processing company, FACTS, for semi-annual or monthly payment plans. Only those paying their tuition in full are to do so through our front office.

Important payment change notice: ACA will continue using FACTS for tuition payments for the next school year, but we will now be going “green". We will no longer be using paper payment agreement contracts. Instead, our families will now set up their payment plan through the online portal linked below. This enables us to offer many more payment date options, quarterly, monthly, and bi-monthly payment options, and we will now be able to offer a credit card option for our families. The earlier your family signs up, the more payment options will be available to you. The ACA tuition payment link is HERE. Families planning to pay tuition in full may still make their payment directly to ACA.

PLEASE NOTE: The tuition amount shown below includes books, computer and science lab fees, and matriculation. Part-time and full-time students may participate in all extracurricular activities. There are additional fees for secondary art classes and the performing arts program.

A Note from ACA's HEADMASTER

We are honored that you are taking the time to learn more about Augustine Christian Academy. The choice of a private education, whether part or full time, is an investment in the most precious gift God has entrusted to us: our children. We understand that this is a significant financial decision and often a sacrifice. Since ACA was founded, the school has committed to providing a competitively priced education for our families as well as tuition assistance for those who might otherwise not be able to afford a classical, Christian education. I look forward to meeting with you and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.

In His Service,
John Ahrens
