Re-enrollment: As we transition into Continuous Enrollment, we do need every family to complete this Re-Enrollment form one last time. At ACA, we consider it a privilege to partner with you in fulfilling your God-given responsibility to teach your child in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6). In that partnership, we are committed to mentor and teach to achieve spiritual and academic excellence with which they can serve the Lord in the way He would lead them. We thank you for choosing ACA for your child(ren)’s education.

Complete the $100 deposit now: You may click the Pay Online button and in the "notes" section, please include the student's name and "Re-Enrollment Deposit". You may also choose to wait for the re-enrollment invoice to arrive after April 1st.

A 2% discount is available to those who pay the full year’s tuition by June 30, 2026. Payments received in the office July 1, 2026, or after, will not receive the discount. FACTS monthly payment plans must be set up online here.

RE-ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

I/we accept the following conditions:

I/we are responsible for the total tuition due for the 2026/2027 school year.
We understand that FACTS will charge our account according to the payment option chosen.
Students are enrolled for the full school year and no reduction in tuition will be made for voluntary student withdrawal except for extenuating circumstances.
NSF checks will have a $25 return check fee.
This contract is also a promissory note and can be sold or assigned to a third party if payments are in default.
If future payment default occurs, I/we will agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, court costs and collection fees. Failure of the note holder to delay enforcement or insist on compliance with any term of this agreement shall not be construed to be a waiver of any right of the note holder.

I hereby certify that I understand we are moving to a continuous enrollment process and agree to all conditions stated above. Further, I authorize the release of financial information gathered by FACTS to Augustine Christian Academy personnel (if applying for financial assistance).
